Human capital always CPBank’s greatest asset. We often reward our staff on their outstanding performance and efforts with variance rewards including compensation benefits such as annual bonus, salary increase, promotion, recognition and other non-cash rewards such as oversea trips, domestic trips, study tours. This year, CPBank organized a trip for staff with satisfactory performance to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on November 9th-13rd.
Besides this, CPbank also organized tips to visit Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan in December 2019 to around 100 staff.
This would be an excited moment for our staff who work hard over the year to enjoy their holidays and have time to explore in other developed countries. This is an ongoing reward that CPBank has always kept doing since the bank established to reward and encourage high performing culture.
